By using our services at Clearview Hand Car Wash Chatswood, located at 845 Pacific
Highway, Chatswood NSW 2067, you agree to the following:

1. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage You acknowledge that your vehicle may
contain pre-existing scratches, dents, marks, defects, faded surfaces, weakened
paintwork, oxidation, or other wear not visible prior to cleaning. We are not liable for any
pre-existing issues or for any damage that becomes visible, worsens, or is revealed during
or after washing, cleaning, polishing, buffing, stain removal, or detailing.

2. Correction Attempts Where we attempt to assist in improving or correcting a pre-existing
issue, results are not guaranteed. The affected area may not improve and may become
more visible. We are not responsible for any increased visibility or worsening of
pre-existing conditions.

3. Personal Belongings All customers must remove valuables and personal belongings
before service. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left
inside the vehicle.

4. Services Performed at Customer’s Risk All services are carried out with your consent
and at your own risk. Cleaning and detailing processes may expose underlying
weaknesses in surfaces, trims, upholstery, plastics, fabrics, or paintwork. We are not liable
for any damage arising from inherent or existing weaknesses in your vehicle.

5. Environmental & External Factors Once the vehicle leaves our premises, we are not
responsible for environmental impacts including dust, rain, pollen, bird droppings, tree sap,
or road debris.

6. Customer Confirmation By leaving your vehicle with us, making a booking, or permitting
us to begin work, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer
and accept full responsibility for your vehicle while services are being performed.
